Bugfix Updating!!

I found out today that there was some unintended behavior in a couple of the drawing tools, so I looked the stuff over and see what I could find out. The issues that I've seen have been straightened out, and hopefully those were the only ones.

Just in case, if you have created and subsequently saved a map from this tool prior to the time of this posting, please recreate them in this new version of the tool attached to this update. Do not simply load your previously-saved map file and assume everything is fine because it looks how you want it to, recreate the map from scratch. This will minimize any chances of map files with bad map values.
